Intterra Resolves Trademark Litigation Following Covenant Not to Sue from The Analytical Moose and Rachael Brady
AUSTIN, Texas — Intterra today announced that it has voluntarily dismissed its pending litigation against Rachael Brady and The Analytical Moose LLC after receiving a formal Covenant Not to Sue regarding Intterra’s Aware family of marks and related public safety software offerings.
Under the executed covenant, The Analytical Moose and Ms. Brady agreed to irrevocably refrain from pursuing trademark infringement, false designation, dilution, or unfair competition claims against Intterra relating to Intterra’s Aware, AwareCA, Aware Intel Hub, and Aware Ops platforms and associated public safety applications.
The covenant specifically applies to Intterra’s use of the Aware family of marks in connection with downloadable software designed to process, synthesize, and deliver public safety information.
“This resolution allows Intterra to remain fully focused on what matters most — supporting first responders, emergency managers, and public safety agencies with authoritative, real-time information during critical incidents,” said Robert Wolf, CEO of Intterra. “The Aware platform was built to help agencies communicate directly with the public, improve situational awareness, and strengthen operational coordination during emergencies of all types.”
Intterra emphasized that the dismissal reflects a business decision to move forward without continued litigation distraction and reinforces the company’s confidence in its Aware platform strategy and long-term national vision.
Today, the Aware platform supports a growing ecosystem of public safety agencies and initiatives focused on delivering authoritative incident information directly from responding agencies to the communities they serve. Intterra continues to expand its capabilities across wildfire response, all-hazards incident management, evacuation coordination, operational intelligence, and community awareness.
“Public safety requires collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to helping communities stay informed and safe,” Wolf added. “We appreciate the opportunity to put this matter behind us and remain focused on advancing the future of authoritative public safety communications.”
Intterra also confirmed that the dismissal and covenant resolve all outstanding issues between the parties related to this matter, allowing all involved to move forward and remain focused on their respective missions and customers.
