Back to blogImportant Update: Changes to Intterra Data Source Connections

|
At Intterra, we are committed to providing secure, reliable, and transparent data solutions for our customers and partners. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance data integrity and security, we will be removing all non-contracted connections to Intterra data sources.
Effective February 7th, 2025, all open connections that are not properly documented and governed by a formal sharing agreement will be disabled.
What This Means for You
  • Continued Data Sharing: Intterra remains dedicated to sharing data as requested by our customers and collaborating with partners to support operational needs.
  • Required Agreements: To maintain access, all data-sharing arrangements must be formally documented and properly contracted.
  • Action Required: If your organization relies on an open connection to Intterra data, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure compliance and avoid disruptions.
We appreciate your cooperation as we implement this change to better protect data security and ensure proper governance. If you have any questions or need assistance in establishing a formal data-sharing agreement, please reach out to support@interragroup.com.
Thank you for your continued partnership.
